Founded by Kristen Chatellier, an English qualified solicitor with 17 years of legal and governance experience across international and regulated institutions.
Former Co-General Counsel and Executive Committee member, advising through regulatory enforcement actions, crisis escalations and periods of acute ambiguity in emerging technology and financial markets. Her experience reflects broader structural pressures on governance frameworks: accelerating legislative ambition, supervisory frameworks outpaced by technological change, and strategic change outpacing internal controls.
She specialises in bespoke transaction structures, regulatory interpretation, organisational restructuring and risk governance, particularly where circumstances demand immediate response.
She has lived and worked in London, Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
